ResetScroll — Delete Your Data
Last updated: October 25, 2026
You can permanently delete your ResetScroll account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, what gets deleted, and what is kept.
Delete in the app
Open ResetScroll and go to Account → Delete my account and data. If you set a PIN, you'll be asked for it first. Deletion happens immediately.
Or ask us by email
Email support@resetscroll.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include either the email you confirmed in the app, or your Google Play order number (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions), so we can find your data. Email requests are processed within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account, device record, confirmed email, restricted-app list, usage history, meditation and yoga log, stats and settings — plus all ResetScroll data stored on your phone.
What is kept
- Trial record: a one-way scrambled code made from your device ID and the date your free trial started, so reinstalling doesn't restart the trial. It can't be linked back to you.
- Payment records: kept where tax or accounting law requires, with no link to your account or usage.
- Backups: deleted data may remain in routine backups until they are overwritten.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. If you reinstall later, Restore purchases still works with the same Play Store account. Google Play and RevenueCat keep their own purchase records under their own policies.
