ResetScroll Terms of Use

ResetScroll lets you set a daily time limit for apps you choose, and earn extra time by completing mindful reset activities — guided meditations, breathing sessions, and yoga poses checked by on-device pose detection. It blocks the apps you selected once that time runs out.

Meditation, breathing and yoga in ResetScroll are for general mindfulness, relaxation and healthier screen-time habits. They are not medical advice, physical therapy, psychiatric care or treatment for any addiction disorder. Make sure you have a safe space before doing yoga poses, stop if you feel pain or discomfort, and talk to a doctor before starting any new physical activity. You practise at your own risk.

New installs get a 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked. The trial is tied to your device, so reinstalling the app does not start a new one. No payment is taken during the trial and no email address is required to use it.

• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play or Apple's App Store, not by us. We never see or store your card details.
• The price, currency and billing period shown in the app at the moment of purchase are the ones that apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• The 7-day free trial applies to the yearly plan only; the weekly plan is charged straight away.
• If you subscribe during your free trial, the first charge happens when the trial ends.

Cancel any time in the store you subscribed through — the Google Play Store under Subscriptions, or the App Store under your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription, and uninstalling the app does not cancel it either.

If you switch from weekly to yearly, the change is scheduled rather than immediate: nothing is charged on the day you switch, your current week runs to its end, and the yearly price is charged then instead of another weekly charge.

Refunds are handled entirely by the store you subscribed through, under its own policies — we cannot issue them from inside the app. Request one through the Google Play Store or Apple. When a refund is granted, premium ends automatically.

You have 30 days from purchase to change your mind and ask for a refund. Because subscriptions are sold by Google Play or Apple, the request is processed by them under their terms.

When you start a subscription, premium access begins straight away. By doing so you ask us to begin performance during that 30-day window, and you acknowledge that this ends your right to withdraw once the subscription has started.

Use the app for your own personal use. Do not attempt to interfere with it, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to restrict another person's device without their knowledge and consent.

We aim to keep ResetScroll working reliably, but it is provided on an "as is" basis. Features may change or be removed as Android and the app evolve. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

ResetScroll is intended for users aged 18 and over.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. If you live in the EU, UK or another country with consumer protection laws, you keep the protections of the laws of your country, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

If these terms change, we will update the date above.
